My Welsh Great Grandfather Prince Caradog was named Caractacus by the Romans. He was feared & admired so much that the Romans made him a national hero. His daughter Gladys was so loved by Emperor Claudius adopted her & changed her name to Claudia. Claudia was The Apostle Paul's Sister-In-Law through Paul's brother Roman Senator Rufus Pudens whose son Linus became the 1st Pope of the Roman Church. (2 Timothy 4:21). Paul was NOT imprisoned in Rome BUT was under House Arrest with Rufus & Claudia at their Palace (which became the 1st Christian Church in Rome) Emperor Nero was very fond of Paul & visited with him many times & remarked than Paul almost persuaded him to be a Christian :) But eventually it was Nero that had Paul executed?
My Great Aunt Nan Blevins-Baldwin (seated with Vernie on her lap) had children with blonde hair & those with Cherokee features. Nan was my Grandfather Isaac Shelton Blevins (Sister) who had light blue/grey eyes & red hair :)

In 1984 after I left Australia aboard the Carrier USS Carl Vinson, a daughter was born that I did not know existed until my Shipmate "Tank" Morrison told me about her 5 years later when I was getting ready to go fight in the Persian Gulf War? Seems my whole 30 year career was either at sea preparing for or going to war! Tank & I were dating two Australian women who were close friends & that is how Tank found out about The Girl. I am mostly responsible (in an irresponsible way sometimes). 20 years passed but I always wondered what she was doing, if she was safe & happy? I love music videos & one day I discovered this great South Australian Band & was stunned to see a girl singer with MY FACE, hair color! I contacted her, but she doesn't know who I am (& I am happy with that, just to know that she is a Christian & has a beautiful family & friends) . I pray for her daily, her two little girls & her talented Husband Darren & wonderful musical friends... & know that Jesus knows best & is filling in the blanks while He was busy watching over me? Life is Amazing!!
